missingWrote a review on 29 Novweak wi-fidampness
Absolutely horrified by the weak wi-fi only available in the main office, where on earth is the 21st-century hospitality? Who wants dampness with mould in their bungalow? I woudl ve loved an upgrade for these inconveniences, but apparently that's too much to ask. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Fairly clean hotel, outstandingly accommodating staff, wonderful and incredible location right next to the lake. Well-equipped room with great bed, a microwave oven, climate control, and an individual safe. Spectacular view to the Dolomite mountains.

The kids had a fantastic time at the pool, and the staff's enthusiasm during the mini disco was infectious. The proximity to the lake made our evenings serene, though the noisy events at night could be a bit overwhelming. Still, the excellent amenities made our family feel cared for.

Perfect lakeside vibes
We had an epic week! The kids loved the mini disco at night, and we enjoyed the outdoor dining area with a view of the lake. Super convenient to walk to town for dinner, but wow, the noise from events at night was a bit much. Still, overall, loved the place!

I loved the cozy mobile home with its modern decor and well-maintained surroundings. The proximity to the beach and walking paths made it easy for us to enjoy leisurely strolls while soaking in the beautiful views of the lake.
Improve accessibility for those with mobility issues.

missingWrote a review on 19 Augfamily-oriented entertainmentoverpriced on-site shop
The animation team led by Bob provided abundant activities for both kids and adults, ensuring that everyone stayed entertained throughout the day.
The shop on the premises grossly overcharged for basic items like liqueurs. I found a significant price difference just hours after purchasing.

A family haven by the lake
We spent our days enjoying the lake, kids in the pool while we relaxed under the sun. The staff completed the experience with their friendliness and attentiveness. The proximity to good towns was a bonus! The evening gelato strolls were magical.
The cleanliness of the mobile home left much to be desired, and the restaurant menus could use a bit more variety. Our initial disappointment during check-in became a theme with the receptionist's lack of warmth, which really dampened our spirits at first.

comforting environment but some amenities need attention
The bungalow we had was neat, colorful, and accommodating for our family's needs. The pool was a haven for the kids, mostly empty , made it even better. The staff were consistently friendly, from check-in to the kids' club. Their proactive assistance. The playground area was well-maintained, and our children enjoyed it tremendously.
The dining options could benefit from more variety to cater to different tastes.

The location is amazing, close to everything and comfortable to reach.
Upon arrival, the check-in process took over half an hour. The air conditioning in our room didn't work properly, causing discomfort, especially during the warm weather. Sadly, we also experienced poor customer service, as our requests regarding bed linen went unanswered.
